PORTRAITS
In year 4 we have been doing work with protraits in art class. First the children drew their own symmetrical portraits.
Next they copied some famous portrait paintings by Renoir and Matisse. Finally they drew portraits from photos to make a giant poster of people of all different ages and races. This linked up with the work we did in Science about the human life cycle.
